Rates and Information

Lodging and Meals

Lodging and meals in local motels are at the hunters expense. Upon confirmation of your hunt, lodging will be booked for you at a discounted rate with a local motel. You will pay upon arrival for your room.

A 50% Deposit is required to book & hold hunt dates. The balance is due, upon invoice, approximately 120 days prior to the hunt.

A full refund is available with cancelation in writing by January 1 of the year of the hunt.

Hunts may be transferred to the following year 6 months prior to the hunt date.

Tips are appreciated by your Guides & Cooks.
Typically 5% of the hunt value for Cooks & 10 – 15% for Guides.
